Pat’s Run is an annual 4.2-mile race in Tempe honoring the legacy of Pat Tillman, the former ASU and NFL player who sacrificed his life serving in the military. Organized by the Pat Tillman Foundation, the event raises funds for academic scholarships supporting veterans and military spouses. The race route winds through Tempe, finishing at Sun Devil Stadium’s 42-yard line in tribute to Tillman’s jersey number.
