The Smoke Show is an annual BBQ and country music festival held at Gilbert Regional Park, presented by 102.5 KNIX and produced by the team behind Boots in the Park. The event brings together more than 30 local BBQ vendors, a curated whiskey selection, and a full beer lineup alongside a main stage headlined by nationally recognized country artists. Beyond the food and music, the festival features line dancing, cornhole tournaments, mechanical bull riding, and art installations spread across the park grounds. The combination of live entertainment, local food vendors, and an outdoor communal atmosphere makes it one of the more well-rounded country-themed events in the East Valley.
