This bar has its own “little rituals”, some of which have been gleaned from 150 years of cocktail history and all of which we’ve made our own. We stock only the highest quality spirits; we fresh squeeze all citrus juice in-house daily, and painstakingly create dozens of syrups, infusions, tinctures, foams, flawless ice and garnishes using modern techniques & technology. When possible, we take advantage of seasonal produce and flavors, and incorporate them into both our cocktail and food menus.

Low lighting. Heavy bass. Vibes. We batch our cocktail recipes weekly to ensure speed, consistency, quality, and potency. Meaning no corners will be cut making your cocktails — even when we’re slammed. We have simply gone a step further — learning how to get every ingredient clarified and stabilized to the point of being able to batch without diminishing any quality. We have a lot of expensive equipment, and hundreds of hours of trial and error that have allowed us to execute this process to the highest degree.
Cornish Pasty Co - Downtown
Cornish Pasty Co. offers traditional Cornish pasties filled with various savory ingredients like steak, chicken, and vegetables, alongside a selection of appetizers, salads, and desserts.
