Chris Bianco started the first Pizzeria Bianco inside the back corner of a neighborhood grocery store in Arizona in 1988. After moving his pizzeria to a strip mall in 1994 as demand for space grew, he made his final journey to 623 Adams Street in 1997, where Pizzeria Bianco has proudly stood since.
