Rough Rider
Rough Rider is an underground speakeasy-styled cocktail bar and high-end dining establishment located in the basement of the Ten-O-One Building along Roosevelt Row in downtown Phoenix. With a Victorian-inspired décor and moodiness created through dim lighting and vintage accents, Rough Rider differentiates itself from other bars and nightclubs located on Roosevelt Row. While the cocktail selection is the main attraction at Rough Rider, it offers both classic cocktails inspired by the Victorian era and Prohibition era cocktails served in a contemporary way, along with an American dining menu with some Southern touches.

Pizzeria Bianco - Downtown
Chris Bianco started the first Pizzeria Bianco inside the back corner of a neighborhood grocery store in Arizona in 1988. At the time, he had no clue that he would be such a driving force in the slow food movement, specifically the artisanal pizza front. After moving his pizzeria to a strip mall in 1994 as demand for space grew, he made his final journey to 623 Adams Street in 1997, where Pizzeria Bianco has proudly stood since.
